You may cancel a scheduled service under the following conditions:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Same-Day Cancellation: Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the full deposit or service fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond your control, you will receive a full refund.
  • Service Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations: Services cancelled due to severe weather conditions will be rescheduled at no additional charge, or you may request a full refund.

Completed Services

Once tree care or shrub trimming services have been completed:

  • Services are generally considered final and non-refundable
  • If you have concerns about the work performed, contact us within 48 hours
  • We will inspect the work and address any legitimate concerns
  • Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service request:

  • Contact us as soon as possible before the service begins
  • We will adjust the service scope and pricing accordingly
  • Additional charges may apply for expanded services
  • Reduced services may result in a partial refund of the difference

Deposit Policy

For certain services, we may require a deposit:

  • Deposits are typically 25-50% of the total service cost
  • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost
  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made with proper notice
  • Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for our services. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, when possible.

Processing Time

Refund processing times:

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement
